A former Chamber President and current business whisperer, she mentors entrepreneurs like a boss, crafts flawless strategies, and still finds time to teach theology at Mizpah Christian University. Diane Cortes empowers entrepreneurs, small businesses, and corporations to scale with purpose, precision, and professionalism.

As a professional in Human Resources, also a trusted business coach, strategist, and bilingual leader, Diane Cortes has helped launch startups, strengthen existing operations, and secure government certifications for minority-owned businesses. She is also a professor of Biblical and Systematic Theology, History of the Christian Church at Mizpah Christian University, where she continues to lead with faith and knowledge.

Whether she’s helping launch a business, revamp a firm, coach a startup founder, or write the perfect employee handbook, Diane brings clarity, class, and a touch of fire to everything she touches.
